카프카로키(Kafka Roki)에 보내 주신 자료를 언제든지 지워 달라고 하실 수 있습니다. 돈이 들지 않고, 이유를 밝히지 않으셔도 됩니다. 아래에 무엇을 보관하는지와 어떻게 지우는지를 적어 두었습니다.
카프카로키 공식 인스타그램 계정으로 다이렉트 메시지(DM)를 보내 주시면, 업무 자료로 쓰기 위해 그 내용을 저장합니다.

받은 날로부터 1년까지 보관하고, 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 그 전이라도 삭제를 요청하시면 즉시 지웁니다.

인스타그램 쪽에서 카프카로키와의 연결을 직접 끊으실 수도 있습니다. 인스타그램 앱 → 설정 → 웹사이트 권한 → 앱 및 웹사이트 에서 제거하시면 됩니다. 연결을 끊어도 이미 보관 중인 자료는 지워지지 않으니, 자료까지 지우시려면 위 03 의 방법을 함께 써 주세요.
Kafka Roki (business registration 367-06-03580, Gwangju, Republic of Korea) operates an internal tool that saves the direct messages sent to our own Instagram professional account so that we can keep the reference material our clients send us.
We do not store passwords, follower lists, posts, profile pictures, or conversations you have with anyone else. We never sell or share this data, and we never use it for advertising.
delete in the same Instagram conversation. Everything we hold from your account is erased automatically and we reply with the number of items removed.Requests are free of charge and need no justification. Email and phone requests are completed within 7 days; the in-conversation delete command is immediate. Deletion removes the message text, the stored media files, tags and notes permanently — it cannot be undone.
Data is retained for at most 12 months and then deleted automatically. Where a purchase was made, transaction records are kept separately for the period required by Korean e-commerce law; see our Privacy Policy.
You can also disconnect us from within Instagram: Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Revoking access does not delete data already stored, so please also use one of the three methods above.
